Your first loss should be the smallest and the least painful. Many traders panic & think, "It's never a loser if you don't close the trade." or "It's gotta come back."

Trade your skill level and not your account balance level.
Trade only 5% of your account at any given time.
Trade 1 lot for 10 days. Then do 2 lots for 10 days. If you are doing worse, go back to 1 lot.

When your account draws down a certain percentage OR when your account is drawn down a certain amount...STOP TRADING!
Bad trades can happen with bad sleep, poor eating or because of family problems.
